Who is SHE??? (Part 2)

She is the eldest in her family and believe it or not, she is quite a snob. She was the boyish type and she has such an arrogant aura. She is quite the head turner as people might comment and she is as she would describe herself the ultimate BOOKWORM!!!..She loves to shop and clothes are her main issue when it comes to her own money. She knows how to express her ideas frankly and straight. She speaks tacklessly to people she cares the most and stays silent for those she despises at the moment. She loves the crowd and loves the attention. She is creative and loves art. She loves to have fun, she smiles, she dances, she sings her heart out and with all the potential in the world she chooses not to flaunt it. Most people make their judgements about her easily and they might even love her or hate her but at the end of the day she manages to flip her hair, look at the mirror and live her life tomorrow at the edge and never by the rules.

She imagines a lot of things and she has this strong sexual desire that she cannot somehow actualize in real life. She was the dominant one. She wishes she were a boy and prove her worth to her father but still she cannot get all she want in this world. Women were known to be treacherous in their nature but she, she is deeply knowledgeable of her sex and uses it well to get what she wants. She never tried to stand out the crowd but still she does, she smiles at the thought of happy dangerous naughty little things in this world, she smiles at the thought of being the ambitious little bitch that she is but still a lot of insecurities creeps at the back of her mind.

She is arrogant, sarcastic, profound, and brilliant. She has sense and lets face it, she does have the whole package to give if its a talk of reputation on the line. She likes to pretend and rarely gives in. She is a control freak that has been running wild theses days

Ever since she was a child she was deprived of dolls and happy meals in Mcdo and although some of her relatives might give her a chance in opening up to new toys, she eventually turns it down and goes back in adoring story books.

She loves fantasy and as a child she learn to read at the age of three, everyone was so amazed that she could read her story books fluently and the secret about that is that she really does not know how to read but she memorized the lines in that particular book that was read to her every night by her mother. Everyone was so amazed and she loved the attention and the praises at the same time.

She was the only girl in her family and she was the true favorite of her grandparents. She was a confident little girl and had everything she wishes, she almost was a spoiled brat but she was a good girl all around. She has that Goldilocks kind of hair, that flawless pinkish glow in her skin, those eyes that were like almonds and was so really expressive, the lips that is downright kissable and that square face that makes her appear chubbier than she looks. The identifying characteristic that later appeared on her face is her mole just in the end of her eye at the lower left part of it.

She grew up to be not that great looking at all because as a child she really didn't care about her physical appearance and her moves and the way she wears her clothes were described to be as corny as it may sound and she was often ridiculed by her voice and yes she was a fat little bastard for her age because she was a bully at that time. Boys were really ignoring her and she was labelled to be a weirdo. The good part of it was that she was at the top of her class with no friends to share the victory with. She was a child who needed attention but no one would. She proved that everybody has secrets that they will take to the grave but she was waiting for what life could give her more. She believed in the philosophy that humans are meant to lie, they lie everyday, they lie and if they dont, they just dont tell everything...
She knew her stand well in life and she likes to be proven wrong..it was always a flow and she glides through in life. Everything goes so well until she falls in love...and it was then that She met He

Novels

It is admitted that a novel can hardly be made interesting or successful without love It is necessary because the passion is one which interests or has interested all. Everyone feels it, has felt it, or expects to feel it.
—Trollope, Anthony

Landscape is to American painting what sex and psychoanalysis are to the American novel.
—Hughes, Robert Studley Forrest

He understood Walt Whitman, who laid end to end words never seen in each other's company before outside of a dictionary, and Herman Melville who split the atom of the traditional novel in the effort to make whaling a universal metaphor.
—Lodge, David John

People think that because a novel's invented, it isn't true. Exactly the reverse is the case.
—Powell, Anthony Dymoke

We cannot have heroes to dine with us. There are none. And were those heroes to be had, we should not like them the persons whom you cannot care for in a novel, because they are so bad, are the very same that you so dearly love in your life, because they are so good.
—Trollope, Anthony

Cricket, like the novel, is great when it presents men in the round, when it shows the salty quality of human nature.
—Aristotle

I thought that writing a detective story would be a wonderful apprenticeship because, whatever people tell you, a crime novel is not easy to write well. As I continued with my craft I became increasingly fascinated by the form and realized that you can use the formula to say something true about men and women and the society in which they live.
—Baroness

I have met with women whom I really think would like to be married to a poem, and to be given away by a novel.
—Keats,John

When a writer calls his work a Romance, it need hardly be observed that he wishes to claim a certain latitude, both as to its fashion and material, which he would not have felt himself entitled to assume had he professed to be writing a Novel.
—Hawthorne, Nathaniel

The impulse to write a novel comes from a momentary unified vision of life.
—Wilson, SirAngus FrankJohnstone

Lady Peabury was in the morning room reading a novel; 892 early training gave a guilty spice to this recreation, for she had been brought up to believe that to read a novel before luncheon was one of the gravest sins it was possible for a gentlewoman to commit.
—Waugh, Evelyn Arthur StJohn

I believe I have liberated the novel in many ways, showing how anything whatsoever can be narrated, including sheerdamn cheek. Ithink I have opened doors and windows in the mind, and challenged fears especially the most inhibiting fears about what a novel should be.
—Spark, Dame Muriel Sarah ne¤ e Camberg

The modern novel has been many things, and functioned at many levels. It would keep D.H. Lawrence poor, and make Jilly Cooper and Jeffrey Archer rich.
—Bradbury, Malcolm Stanley

—DeLillo, Don

A novel is never anything but a philosophy put into images.
—Camus, Albert

The only obligation to which in advance we may hold a novel, without incurring the accusation of being arbitrary, is that it be interesting.
—James, Henry

Oh! it is onlya novel! only some work in which the most thorough knowledge of human nature, the happiest delineationof itsvarieties, the liveliest effusions of wit and humour are conveyed to the world in the best chosen language.
—Austen,Jane

Think of the heroism of Johnson, think of that superb indifference to mortal limitation that set him upon his dictionary, and carried him through triumphantly until the end! Who, if he were wisely considerate of things at large, would ever embark upon any work much more considerable than a halfpenny post-card? Who would project a serial novel, afterThackeray and Dickens had each fallen in mid-course? Who would find heart enough to begin to live, if he dallied with the consideration of death?
—Stevenson, Robert Louis

There was a time when the average reader read a novel simply for the moral he could get out of it, and however na«ve that may have been, it was a good deal less na«ve than some of the limited objectives he has now.
—O'Connor, (Mary) Flannery

Just as the camera draws a stake through the heart of serious portraiture, television has killed the novel of social reportage.

—Spark, Dame Muriel Sarah ne¤ e Camberg
"The Novel is the imprint of immortality of an author where thoughts are compressed and by marked by time. The Knowledge that will be passed on to generations are hidden in a novel for a novel is a mystery where only the writer and reader could have their understanding. The novel is equivalent to the nakedness of a woman for it is full of wonder and romance one could bring, it is the one thing that gives you free pass to another dimension in moment's time."

Who is HE? 3

He was a guy who stood tall among the crowd. His cheeks were red as if blushing everytime he was exposed to the sun. He perspires excessively and his skin was white that gave you the impression of a different nationality. His voice was low and if it is not enough to prove that he was a man, his reputation was good and he was a favorite of professors. Gays and girls would swindle each other just to get his picture and everything was perfect for him. He is branded by a good deed for posing as a model of a university but it was not his good looks that completed his package.

He is the president of his class. He was a valedictorian when he graduated high school. He has the looks that school politics would never thought possible. He was a mathematician. He was a scholar. He had everything at his feet and what makes him human are the imperfections he possessed.
Of course, he did not experience the extremities of life because he realy got the best out of it but the truth is he is that someone perceived to be truly perfect, He was the definition of She of "Perfect". He was a pre-born baby that caused him to have heart problems. Of course heart problems was never ending at just like that and it led to different complications. He would have attacks at times and there are times that he really feels just like giving up. But he is the strongest man that She has ever known.
He was a star in the making, he was a movie star and a model of a certain clothing line. Fact is he really is that dashing boy we all quite to love back in his time. He was a showbiz material with a smart ass for one. Although he has many abscences in his school when he was in elementary he manages his studies pretty well and he gives a 101 % all the time....
He has a large family tree and i hate to say it but their family tree really do have lots of branches...Meaning to say his mother had three different in her life and he grew up knowing his 'father' to be not his biological father because his true father did die at an early stage in his life. Good thing that his father that is not his biological father is a great father to him with a golden heart per say.
He has the perfect mother and like all mothers in the world his mother is really quite unique and once She talked to He, She could really feel that HE is a Mama's boy in layman's terms. HE looks up to his mom and if the admiration in his eyes wasn't enough, you could have a fistfight with him just so to prove that his moter is the best mother. HE took up his philosophies from her and all his life he wanted to impress her just like all children do but time was running short for his mom for she died at an early stage in his life. We all cant imagine our mom dying when we are very young and to be particular in our college life. It is like loosing your bestfriend and everything. It is like going through life without that specific mentor. It is like going through life like Rip VAn Winkle. You could imagine the pain he is going through and more of it. He did not even flinch and he wanted to go to where his mom is heading but its just not his time...He felt sorrow for all reason and he was vulnerable. HE was sensitive because he grew up more of a lady's touch. He wanted to be a priest and as funny as that sounds, his mom told him not to take that vocation (thank God his mom told him so!!!!).
HE is a matter of fact a frustrated singer and he does have that tune in singing he just needs that practice. He is an entertainer and he likes singing its just that all his relatives oh all right maybe some of his relatives were all good singers and he does not want to be deprived of that family talent, bottomline: he is that frustrated singer.!
He is a big fan of Taoism. Never the less he is more knowledgable of it than me. You Should ask him about it...
He is the positive thinker type and She is just the negative one...

Head Over Feet

I had no choice but to hear you
You stated your case time and again
I thought about it You treat me like I´m a princess
I´m not used to liking that
You ask how my day was
Chorus:You´ve already won me over in spite of me
Don´t be alarmed if I fall head over feet
Don´t be surprised if I love you for all that you are
I couldn´t help it
It´s all your fault
Your love is thick and it swallowed me whole
You´re so much braver than I gave you credit for
That´s not lip service
Repeat Chorus
You are the bearer of unconditional things
You held your breath and the door for me
Thanks for your patience
You´re the best listener that I´ve ever met
You´re my best friend
Best friend with benefits
What took me so long
I´ve never felt this healthy before
I´ve never wanted something rational
I am aware now I am aware now
It is everything that I wanted to say to a particular someone although it is quite wierd that its like Alanis took the words out of my mouth and had written this song. Its like a start of communication between an audience and a musician, she simply made that connection and she was sucessfull all throughout. I had dreams of love when I was young and I knew that it would hurt me but the act of allowing myself to surrender is oblivious and it is the propesterous to do so but now, with this feeling all quite new. Love has been redifined to me in different ways possible.

Growing old and living life!

When many people think about growing old, they think about loosing their youthful beauty. The science of aging explains that when people grow old they start having many complications with their body and it is the time for them to get isolated because they just cannot live up to the expectations of the modern world. The modern world is filled with people defying their age. Some people are even going through cosmetic surgery just to look younger and just to feel that they belong to the modern generation. This popular belief about aging has scared most people about growing old and most people have troubles about admitting the fact that they are old. Some people even lie about their age. Growing old is more than just loosing your physical appearance and health, it is more on growing wiser and knowledgeable thru the years. Acceptance will be an important factor because on one point on our life, we will come to realize that growing old is a beautiful thing.
What I observed about most people growing old is that they all miss what they had once become. They miss their youth in a way that they look differently then and as of now, they have gone changes in their physical body; Wrinkles appear, hair getting thinner, fats showing, skins plumping, loosing their body posture etc. It is not the physical factor that frightens most people but their health condition because old people as they say are more prone to sickness and the immune system will be getting weaker and weaker. Different diseases will start showing up and complications will arise to the point that our organs will start to malfunction and one by one they will contribute to our death. Isolation is evident because most old people are going back to their provinces because they say it is more simple and quiet in there. The fact is, most old people are forgotten and they are isolated from the young because they think differently in many ways, like in terms of words, clothing, tradition, beliefs, etc but these differences allows sharing and authority in one another because a young could learn form the old and vice versa. Behavioural changes also happen because they have adjusted and the young are known to wild and ambitious.
While some have trouble accepting the fact that they have indeed grown old, some are proud of what they have become and this is what they should all feel. They should be able to look back at memories that shaped who they are with smiles and tears on their faces. They say that memories are just memories and growing old means to have lots of memories so it is more reason to be happy about because they are still alive to think about those old days far behind them. Growing old is a happy thing and aging is definitely an advantage because young people often look up to you. Being old is more on settling down and more on being very meticulous on what you do because you are a role model to all people. Taking pride on their accomplishments is also a happy thing because self fulfilment is evident and when you have lived, laughed, and loved back then up till now. You can definitely say that you are proud of growing old.
We can say that we have grown old when we exceed the age of 45. Scientifically speaking, a human body functions at its best in its first 45 years and people today are all lucky to exceed the expected life span (Oxford Encyclopedia, 2002). Being a senior citizen at 60 years of age is also a sign of growing old but to come and think of it, it is a privilege because you get to have discounts on everything. Acceptance of being old is not that hard because you will know it by heart that you have not wasted your life away if you look back at yesterday with a smile. Time will eventually help in accepting those facts. Death could happen in an instant and it is definitely the closest thing on our midst but as my mom used to say, it is better to die of old age than of accident or murder.
Birthdays are one of the most awaited events for one person and every year it is a chance to celebrate that we have grown old. People we love will always be near us and we should try to focus our attention to the problem that is in front of us. Growing old is not an easy thing and we cannot stop it so the answer is just to live life to the fullest! We should just sit back, relax and enjoy what God has and will give us. Every day is beautiful and it is a privilege to witness life in our own eyes because God allowed us to.

Explosion for a cause

The Atomic bomb resulted to an estimated number of deaths at 15 million, of which up to 2 million were Soviet prisoners of war. An estimated 35 million civilians died, with between 4 and 5 million Jews perishing in concentration camps, and an estimated 2 million more on the mass murders in Eastern Europe. Hiroshima and Nagasaki were a part of a loosing country and they had to suffer the consequences of these war. The USA and the Soviet Union emerged from the war as the two largest global powers. Their war-time allegiance collapsed within three years and each embarked on a programme or rearmament with nuclear capability, as the cold war developed. A Fission bomb, also known as “fat boy”, is the product of splitting an atom while a fusion bomb, also known as “little boy”, is the product of splicing an atom or combining two atoms together which proves to be more explosive than a fission bomb. The fat boy and the little boy were the weapons that brought tyranny and it is known to be a scientific discovery that could lead into the downfall of man. The Atomic bomb is not only a weapon of mass destruction but also the instrument that ended World War II. It brought the nation to peace and it has its fair share of downsides but now is the age of the iron fist that requires a demonstration of power that could bring about the closest thing to world peace.
Otto Hahn is the inventor of the Atomic bomb and like many physicists of that time, he was on the verge of breakthrough. His discovery of the nuclear fission bomb, according to Lisa Meitner a top physicist at their time, opened up a new era in human history. It seems that science behind this discovery so remarkable is that it was achieved by purely chemical means. "Otto Hahn is a figure of world history. But he possesses none of the attributes of the traditional luminaries in history books. His slight, somewhat bowed figure, which with its high brow has the effect of his features having been carved, with his expression of searching honesty and critical inviolability, have something of boundless nobility about them." (
The Observer, London, June 9th, 1957). The Atomic bomb was discovered for a humane reason and its intention was to support numerous members of the institute whose lives were in danger or were suffering persecution and prevent them from being sent to the front line or deported due to the determined intervention of Hahn.
In 1942, Dr. Vannevar Bush, head of the US office of scientific research and development, confirmed to the president that an atomic weapon could be developed. The Manhattan project became authorized. Franklin, Roosevelt, the president of the US died on battle and it was Harry Truman, the vice president, who ordered the dropping of the atomic bomb. His reason was to stop more American deaths and that a land invasion in Japan would only result to more deaths on their part and the Atomic bomb was the confirmation of victory for them.
In 2004, Seattle times presented an argument that shows Why the atomic bomb was not needed: 1.) Japan was ready to call it quits anyway. More than 60 of its cities had been destroyed by conventional bombing, the home islands were being blockaded by the American Navy, and the Soviet Union entered the war by attacking Japanese troops in Manchuria. 2.) American refusal to modify its "unconditional surrender" demand to allow the Japanese to keep their emperor needlessly prolonged Japan's resistance. 3.) A demonstration explosion over Tokyo harbour would have convinced Japan's leaders to quit without killing many people. 4.) Even if Hiroshima was necessary, the U.S. did not give enough time for word to filter out of its devastation before bombing Nagasaki. 5.) The bomb was used partly to justify the $2 billion spent on its development. The two cities were of limited military value. Civilians outnumbered troops in Hiroshima five or six to one. 6.) Japanese lives were sacrificed simply for power politics between the U.S. and the Soviet Union. Conventional firebombing would have caused as much significant damage without making the U.S. the first nation to use nuclear weapons.
The Seattle times also included why the atomic bomb was needed that become more justified with its readers. 1.) The Japanese had demonstrated n ear-fanatical resistance, fighting to almost the last man on Pacific islands, committing mass suicide on Saipan and unleashing kamikaze attacks at Okinawa. Fire bombing had killed 100,000 in Tokyo with no discernible political effect. Only the atomic bomb could jolt Japan's leadership to surrender. 2.) With only two bombs ready (and a third on the way by late August 1945) it was too risky to "waste" one in a demonstration over an unpopulated area. 3.) An invasion of Japan would have caused casualties on both sides that could easily have exceeded the toll at Hiroshima and Nagasaki. 4.) The two targeted cities would have been firebombed anyway. 5.) Immediate use of the bomb convinced the world of its horror and prevented future use when nuclear stockpiles were far larger. 6.) The bomb's use impressed the Soviet Union and halted the war quickly enough that the USSR did not demand joint occupation of Japan.
The important thing is that the bombing and the destruction are all behind the present. The present where countries are now at peace with each other but the peace that means it can still be possibly altered. The Atomic bomb continues to be the greatest scientific discovery in weaponry and all discoveries have its downsides so it is only a matter of acceptance. But could the world ever forget the explosion for a cause?

Appreciating Abstract Art

A cool interpretation of an artist’s imagination in relation to exaggeration and geometric figures is none other than abstract art. Abstraction can refer to two different ways of making paintings, sculptures, and other artistic representations. Abstract motifs, however, are commonly seen in earlier art. They are found in the painted decorations on ancient pottery and in many architectural details of all ages. It can be a simplification of an object (abstraction on the first sense), or as a geometric invention (abstraction in the second sense). The term “Expressive abstraction” became popular on the 20th century when artists produced vivid, emotionally charged nonrepresentational paintings characterized by very bold uses of colour and mass. Abstract art had greatly been revolutionized during World War I that is evident in the works of artists in that time.
Henri Matisse ranks among the greatest painters of the 20th century. His modern art composed of strokes of bright, often clashing, colour defied all traditional canons of competent painting and shocked the general public. His inspirations were artists like Charles Cannon, George Roualt etc. Matisse’s supreme accomplishment, which may be seen in all his work, was to liberate colour from its traditionally realistic function and to make it the foundation of a decorative art of the highest order.
Pablo Ruiz Y Picasso was the most influential and successful artist of the 20th century. Painting, sculpture, graphic art and ceramics were all profoundly and irrevocably affected by his genius. His inspirations were Henri de Toulousse-Lautrec and Paul Czanne. Picasso created evocative portrayals of blind, impoverished or despairing people in his painting. His accomplishments were numerous like exploring the representation of three dimensional objects on a two-dimensional surface by means of overlapping planes that proved to be of fundamental importance to the development of modern art.
Earnst Ludwig Kirchner was a leading German expressionist painter and a master of graphics, especially woodart. His latest works were of female nudes, mountainous landscapes and city streets. He was greatly influenced by Van Gogh’s intense colour and heavy impasto (thickness of paint). His greatest accomplishment was the statement that empowers women in his pictures and he also became a fan of fashion that is evident in his works at his time.
Abstract art has been truly honoured by these three artists mention above. Their works have gone dramatic changes World War I for they have seen the world at its worst and surely they have painted it at its best. They have paved museums with their work and they are remembered throughout history. People appreciate abstract art because they have interpreted it in the weirdest ways possible. The future for abstract art is bright ahead because it is now the modern age of art where weird is beautiful.

Progeria

Progeria meaning “old age” in greek, also known as the Hutchinson-Gilford syndrome, is an extremely rare condition that was initially repoted by Jonathan Hutchinson in 1886 and further described by Hastings Gilford in 1904. Progeria is known to be one of the rarest cases of diseases in which physical aspects of aging are greatly accelerated, and few affected children live past age 13. The chances of having this genetic condition is one in eight million for it occurs sporadically and is usually not inherited in families. Progeria is a childhood disorder caused by mutations in one of the major architectural proteins in the cell nucleus. Clinical manifestations are evident by the first or second year of life and include the physical characteristics usually associated with the elderly like hair loss, small face and jaw in relation to size of head, delayed tooth formation, wrinkled and age looking skin, hip dislocation, pinched nose, dwarfism, etc. Mentally, the patients are alert and attentive with normal intelligence and emotions at their true age but at the early age of nine, symptoms of scoliosis, high blood pressure, vision problems etc. are evident. There is no known cure to progeria and scientists are still on the verge of discovering about the wonders of these diseases.
The Progeria Research Foundation has led to a greater understanding about Progeria. They have found out that progeria is caused by a mutation in the gene called LMNA. The LMNA gene produces the Lamin A protein, which is the structural scaffolding that holds the nucleus of a cell together and without it cellular growth is not evident that allows normal bodily growth.
There are only 49 cases of Progeria that are recorded worldwide and in our country, Philippines, thre are two cases of Progeria. Those two children are documented in the show of Kara David, i-witness, last 2007. They episode was entitled “The old children” that shows the consequences of having this rare disease. Isolation is evident in their part because they cannot bond with normal kids at their age due to the fact that they cannot keep up with their kind of play and to imagine that you have only fifteen years to live, you cannot do as many outdoor activities like a normal child would do. Illiteracy is also known to most patients of Progeria because since they are isolated, they cannot be properly schooled. Envy among other people are evident for they do not appear to be normal and they are often wondering why they tend to be different if patients are not properly informed about their condition.
Parents are the ones most affected if their child are affected with this rare disease because they are the ones that loves their child most. Their will for their children is to live a normal life as possibe and some parents hide the truth among their children because they think that a child cannot understand what their true condition is. Parents feel that it is all their fault but the truth of the matter is that they too have a hard time accepting the fact that their children are closer to death than anyone and their years are numbered.
Most Patients die of heart attack in this matter and it truly is a rare disease. The future of genetics is evident in this disease for it is a matter of chances. One might not even know that they have Progeria and is denying it.

Education thru the eyes of a future educator

Children roaming the streets, selling cigarettes, knocking on a car’s window asking for money, getting high on drugs, wiping the shoes of the passengers on a jeep, crying because of hunger, speaking without etiquette, displaying rudeness above all reason, showing no respect to elders and acting as if animals who needs to be domesticated are the portrayals of a harsh reality of youth within my reach. I realized how fortunate I am to be able to go to school everyday and receive the one thing that no one can take away from me, EDUCATION. Education is the foundation of ambition and the key to a better life for me and my family. The children of tomorrow are lacking education and that is why it leads to a series of problems. Educators will be embedded with more challenges that will eventually shape their view about the world for they are often described as radical in thought. Anger is what I felt for I am a future educator who will be trying to fix the mistakes of our forefathers.
Poverty is the number one problem of our country, Philippines, and lack of education is both the cause and effect of this problem. Citizens in the urban areas and especially the citizens in the rural areas of our country has been experiencing poverty at its height and they have this crab-mentality about education. They often say that education is for the rich because education requires money and money is something hard to find these days. They also say that when you are poor, you just have to accept it and accept that school is just a waste of time. The future is light years ahead for them and I do not tend to exaggerate but the only thing important to them is now! Their reason for this is that basic needs are more essential so it is better to earn now than earn later. They have programmed their mind to settle on what they have, they are loosing their sense of direction and they are missing the best part of their life. I can see a never ending pattern of irresponsibility for parents brainwashed their children into thinking that they do not deserve education and they use their children as tools for them to survive. It is a heritage of advocacy and disgrace for more generations to come because they refuse to face reality. Philippines, our beloved country, is a third world country for our economy has been running low, populations continue to rise, families are sprouting everywhere, jobless individuals wasting their education, many illiterates refusing education because of tradition and religion and parents not being parents at all! Philippines had indeed become a poor country and all of these because of Filipinos not persevering and instead of knowledge, we choose ignorance.
Our government had not been prioritizing education although they have painted a bright picture for their construction of schools and funding for books and all, the country is not experiencing the progress of the results and whatever it produces it is still not enough, for money is the number one problem of our country. Also, children are dropping out of school and lacking proper guidance to be fed up on this world. Children choose to ignore their future because they think that they are not good enough to make their way thru academics and their interest is getting lower and lower for their hierarchy of needs deludes them. Self doubt is manipulating their mind into thinking that they are not good enough for school. It is in fact a dog eat dog world and the survival of the fittest. So the question lies within ourselves; “Do we want to learn or not?”
It is not enough to be literate and it will never be enough to be shutting your door to self-achievement. Man should be hungry for knowledge and they should know that enough is never enough for one lifetime is too short to acquire all that is needed to be learned. As a future educator, of this world, I should be unleashed with a higher dream to what education is really al about. I do not want to see talents wasted on the streets and to be used for all the wrong reasons...I want to see people testing their limits and wanting more of what is given. The drive of education is in need of stimulus from the brain. The future is near as it can be and we should all be prepared for it, united as one and educated to the fullest.

When SHE met HE (Part 1)

She was a Freshmen...It was her Physical Education class that she smiled most of the time and made an effrot to make herself attractive (as if she did not ever made an effort to do so). She glanced one last look at the mirror and left the comfort room with no make up on but the sweetest smile a charming girl could ever manage. It was three days after she was told that someone from the other class kept staring at her most of the time and it was not an ordinary stare that you could get from a school full of girls and gays and no malice whatsoever but a stare that comes from the complete opposite sex in simpler words, he was staring all across the room to watch she.
He was a guy and he looked straight but it was not his white skin, his red soft lips, his physique, his gorgeous smile, or his presence that she noticed first but the streak of white hairs that was seen at the back of his head. It gave the impression of wiseness or intelligence and it was the mark of her remembering him at times that they passed each other the patio, catwalk and in other vicinities at school. There were even times that he could not help himself but stare and at first only she had noticed it but later on her friends started to notice too and he was goodlooking as other girls would put it but she was not attracted at the slightest sense. She felt a twinge of pleasure everythime he would notice her at the face of a crowd and as a girl, she was enjoying it quite merely but it was not because of the stare or the guy but the attention that she was getting from someone that others think is a goodlooking guy.
She looked up the Internet for fun and she was quite the socialite that a typical teenager would be. She surfed the net and was influenced by one of her classmated to add up that certain HE. His account was quite difficult to view and she disliked that difficulty about his account but she pursued with a reason that he was a schoolmate and wanted to add him up with the cleanest of intentions just plain platonic reasons. She constructed a message that would not be misinterpreted in her view and expectes some reply in return a simple thankyou or maybe a simple Hi but months later she did not even given HE a thought and she almost forgotten all about him but she was still acknowledging the stares that she got from him.
It was Summer and little did she know that it was the last of her ordinary summers in her life and a message was sent to her page about he searching for her account a long time ago. It really did not made the fuzz that she was expecting and she thought that the greet was done ordinarily. She replied with that same platonic reason and lead on to a couple of months. The first day of being a sophomore was of full intrigue especially when you are out loose in your majorship and it was on her break time that she saw him with a couple of friends and he did not stare or even look at her in accordance to her consiousness but instead she noticed something different this time but the first time she saw him blush! She was quite interested at this tall person with such white skin that stood up the crowd at one glance.
She decided that there was no hurt in making a connection. She later recived a message from him that was asking for her cellphone number and she was quite superflous of the moment because she thought that he was just like any other guys that was flirt of his intentions and was no admirer of what she thought she was. She felt something was lacking of this introduction and she knew she had to be in control. She asked for his number instead with the very first act of taking control in her mind. She made him wait for days. Maybe even a week.
She texted himw ith the wrong name first thing on the morning. She was not eager of his reply and wished that he was still asleep or maybe even saved his number wrong so that she would save herself from a friendship with the trouble of getting to know and understanding. She hated that process because she was really no good in making friends because she was new at making friends. She did not even expected a reply but she feared the reply would come and a connection would begin and communication would be made and it would be a love story. Oh How she hated love!despised it for all it stood for!She liked all the other kinds of love that sustains her but she had a funny feeling that this was no kind of relationship to begin with for a guy asked for her number and she did not want to be controlled and to portray herself as an unintellectual bitch. She did not want him to think that..With all these thoughts running in her head..She received his reply...
